ORDER 

It's easy. Once you've settled on your 'Shopping List' or been provided one by the Design Team, it's time to place your order. In addition to Cupboards, don't forget the Worktops, Upstands and various Accessories too. Double check that you have ordered the correct Door Style and have identified all the extras.  

Payment will be made online and we'll send you an email to let you know when your order will be ready. On average our timeframe from order to collection/delivery is 20 weeks.

COLLECT

Part of our founding idea to provide beautifully handmade wooden cupboards that are ready-to-go in a range of standard sizes, was to make them more accessible.

To ensure that we able to provide as much value as possible without compromising on craftsmanship or our careful selection of high-quality materials, we offer a collection only service.

You can collect your order directly from our workshop in Suffolk or arrange for a courier to collect on your behalf. This means that you will only ever pay delivery costs directly and we do not build in any hidden costs.

COLLECTING YOURSELF

If you are collecting yourself, you will likely need to know the cubic floor measurements of your whole order so that you know what size van is required, and you will need at least 2 people to load and unload the van.

COURIER COLLECTION

If you are arranging for a courier to collect your order on your behalf, there may be several details they will need from you. You may be asked the weight of the delivery which you’ll find alongside the dimensions on our product pages. If you are unsure of a courier to book, we can recommend a local company upon enquiry.

Access is important. If you live in an apartment, consider what floor you’re on; whether there’s lift access; what your door height is if you’re ordering a tall cupboard, etc.

Note: We do not recommend stacking the cupboards for transport.
