Wall Cupboards

British Standard Wall Cupboards are made from carefully selected materials. The façade and door frame are 21mm thick Poplar with a moisture resistant mdf central door panel. The door is hung on drawn brass butt hinges and fastened with a brass magnetic catch.

The carcass is 15mm white melamine faced European Birch ply. Each cupboard has one adjustable shelf, lipped with solid Beech. Shelf supports are turned Beech dowels. The cupboard top oversails by 20mm at the back, allowing 20mm battens to be used to hang the cupboard and accommodate uneven walls, and a 50mm recess underneath to site undercupboard lighting.

Glazed Cupboards have 4mm toughened glass held in with glazing beads. Glazed Cupboards and Open Shelves have ‘Boarded’ ply interiors painted in ‘Broken White’. End Panels are moisture resistant mdf. Cupboards and End Panels come primed in white ready for painting.
