THE PROCESS

Now that you've begun to understand what we offer, you'd probably like to know how it all works. The process to British Standard Cupboards in your space is actually very simple.
Read on for our 5 step process.

PROCESS

Our 5 step process to a British Standard space. As easy as: Measure. Design. Order. Delivery. Fitting.

MEASURE

It all begins with general room dimensions. Bring these with you to your design service consultation.

DESIGN

Our designers are ready to jump into the detail with you. We provide a FREE design consultation.

ORDER

Finalise your shopping list of cupboards + ironmongery. Place your order online. Easy.

COLLECT

When your order is ready, collect from our workshop in Suffolk. Please see more details here.

FITTING

We have detailed fitting guides for you to use or pass on to the team you select to fit your cupboards.

MEASURE

Start at the very beginning - with dimensions. We have some helpful tips in the MEASURE section for that. You will need to take a survey of your room to get the basis of your plan. Noting windows, doorways, water and gas lines are all key too. Use a nice large sheet of paper and give yourself room.

DESIGN

Measurements done? It's time to jump in with the fun part - the design process! Every cupboard has dimensions and these are shown in the Shop section. Start with the essentials, marking them out on your plan, then work through the wish list cupboards you would also love if you have the space.

Need a hand? Our Guides are a great start and our Design Team can talk you through measuring, help with a layout, which cupboards go where, assist with ordering, guide your fitter and even give ideas for painting.

ORDER

When the Design is settled - its time to order. Our Design team is happy to check your shopping list to make sure you have all the pieces you'll need. Then you place your order! Add the items to your trolley and pay online.

COLLECTION

To ensure that we able to provide as much value as possible without compromising on craftsmanship or our careful selection of high-quality materials, we offer a collection only service.

If you choose to collect your order directly from our workshop in Suffolk, we'll happily recommend some of our favourite spots for you to make a day of it! Or arrange for a courier to collect on your behalf.

Access is important. If you live in an apartment, consider what floor you’re on; whether there’s lift access; what your door height is if you’re ordering a tall cupboard, etc.

FITTING

DIY? Or have a friend who is handy?

For everyone else, we have a list of fitters (FOR UK) that have experience installing our cupboards in all situations and we are happy to pass those details on to you.

PAINT

The best part - a sigh of relief and it's time for paint to bring your space to life.

The cupboards come primed in an off white and our Design Team can help with any colour questions. We also recommend a look at Farrow & Ball, Little Greene and Lick paint for more inspiration.

We have guides on choosing colour and painting, well worth a read before getting stuck in.
