Information for collecting your cupboards
Your cupboards will be ready for collection 6 to 8 weeks after placing your order.
On receipt of your order, we will email you requesting notification of your preferred collection date.
Before arranging your collection you will need to know the cubic floor measurements of your cupboards so that you know what size van to book.
NB. We don’t recommend stacking the cupboards. Some courier companies will want to know the weight of the delivery as well and you’ll find the cupboard weights alongside their dimensions in The Cupboards.
Make sure your courier knows what sort of access you have to your home (what floor you’re on, if you live in a flat; if there’s lift access; door height if you’re ordering a tall cupboard etc).
You will need at least 2 people to load and unload the van.
You will need to let us know who is collecting your kitchen and whether the collection will be am or pm. Collections should be made from Stowupland Hall, Stowupland, Suffolk IP14 4BE between 8am and 4pm, Monday to Friday and 8am to 12pm on Saturdays.
If you have any problems on your day of collection call 01449 774028.
You will need to bring I.D. with you if collecting the kitchen yourself (suitable I.D. will be the credit card you used to buy the kitchen or your driving license with your address details) or supply I.D. information when confirming the details of your designated courier service.
The cupboards will be shrink-wrapped but we advise you use packing blankets in addition for extra protection. These are inexpensive and can be bought online.
You can change your collection date up to 2 weeks prior to your pre-booked slot but a storage fee of £50 per week will be charged after that.
